Pick-Up & Local Delivery Policy

 

Things You Need to Know

 

 Pick- Up: Pick-up orders are ready with in 2-3 days business days, after placing order and receiving order confirmation email. A pick-up confirmation email will be sent 2 hours prior to pick-up. Customers must reply to email when they have arrived at pick-up location to confirm arrival. No pick-up on Sundays. Masks are required.

 

​Local Delivery: We offer local delivery for purchases $35 and up. Local delivery orders are ready with in 2-3 or 3-5 business days after receiving order confirmation email depending on location. Local delivery fee varies on distance. We offer free local delivery to customers within an 1 mile radius from our location. Customers will be notify via email and text message 2hrs prior to delivery. If no one is home at the time of delivery customer will be charged a extra traveling fee of $10 and we will re-attempt to delivery order the next business day. Customer will be notified via email and text message for confirmation of our re-attempt delivery date/time and will receive an email and text message 2 hours prior to delivery time. If again no one is home on the re-attempt delivery day customer will be responsible for paying for shipping their item ( we will contact customer via email for shipping info) or customer must pick-up their order at K&K's BathBomB Co. LLC pick- up location. No local delivery on Sundays. Masks are required.
